Programs

Our support groups are run by volunteer facilitators. We are not mental health professionals and we cannot give a diagnosis or offer treatment. However, as people whose lives have been impacted by mental health struggles, we can offer our support. We are eager to help everyone who needs it and invite you to join whatever support group you feel you would most benefit from.
